A company is looking for a Head of Applied Cryptography.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage the roadmap for cryptographic innovation and
implementation
Lead and organize a team of applied cryptographers, ensuring best
practices in development methodologies
Review and contribute to the implementation of cryptographic
research and primitives in production-grade software
Required Qualifications
Master's or PhD in computer science, software engineering,
mathematics, or a related field
Solid experience in managing teams of cryptographic engineers
Extensive expertise in Rust or C programming languages
Experience with formal verification and security audits of
cryptographic libraries
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
