Job Description:
A company is looking for a Department Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Direct day-to-day leadership of assigned clients and support team
members
Develop and manage the TruBridges Managed Services offering and
oversee support team operations
Identify client needs and create value propositions to enhance
client satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
5 years of experience in customer services or managed services
Experience in leading teams and developing client proposals
Understanding of customer trends and strategic change
implementation
2 years of experience with one of TruBridge divisions is
preferred
