  Compensation and Benefits:
  --- Weekly Gross: $2,610.00 Per Week
  --- On W2(Taxable): $720.00 Per Week ($20/hour)
  --- Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,890.00 Per Week
  
  Position Overview:
  The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care in the Med/Surg Telemetry uni. This includes administering nursing care to patients in a variety of medical and surgical conditions while closely monitoring telemetry. The RN will workday shifts, providing 3 - 12 hour shifts per week, and will be expected to prioritize patient care and safety during treatment.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  --- Provide nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
  --- Monitor telemetry and respond to any significant changes in patient status
  --- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, to develop and implement patient care plans
  --- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  --- Provide patient education and ensure families are informed
  --- Adhere to infection control practices and maintain a sterile environment
  --- Document patient care accurately in the EMR system (Qualivis - Lotus)
  --- Complete required ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate tests during orientation
  --- Work every other holiday as required by the facility
  
  Job Requirements:
  --- Experience: Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
  --- Licenses: Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license in hand at time of submission
  --- Certifications:
  o BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required
  o ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
  --- Skills:
  o Experience in telemetry monitoring and Med/Surg care
  o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  o Proficiency in infection control practices and patient safety protocols
