A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Unit Manager,
Claims Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and achieve business goals for a team of up
to 25 associates
Coach and develop team members while monitoring performance and
conducting regular check-ins
Drive business improvements and execute project management
effectively
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 2 years of experience in people leadership
At least 1 year of experience in escalations
At least 2 years of experience in customer service
Proven ability to manage team performance and drive engagement
