A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager (US
Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end renewal process for subscription
agreements
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for renewal
inquiries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer
needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience
3+ years of experience in renewals management, sales operations, or
customer success, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare
environment
Experience in cross-team collaboration
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
Suite
Strong administrative skills to manage business processes in
complex environments
