Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of IT Operations and
Business Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the organization's technology strategy to
enable data-driven program evaluation
Oversee IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring security and
compliance with regulations
Manage IT projects, collaborating with departments to provide
strategic technology solutions
Qualifications:
Minimum of seven years of experience in IT operations management,
preferably in a nonprofit setting
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field
Strong knowledge of IT systems, security, and nonprofit compliance
requirements
Experience in leading enterprise-level BI initiatives and data
integration across nonprofit systems
Familiarity with nonprofit software and tools, with proficiency in
Google Workspace and Google Analytics
