Job Description:
As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative you will be the
initial contact with current customers as well as prospective
customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers in
numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their
place of business. You will be working to build long-lasting
relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into
long term clients.
The signage industry is growing in market share, breadth of
technology and applications. While traditional small print is being
eroded by digital replacements, wide format signage is becoming
more affordable and accessible for any size of business.

* Direct interaction with customers, working to solve their
problems. You get to sell a tangible product, fabricated at our
production facility in Cleveland, and put it in the customer's
hands yourself and then receive appreciation and gratitude for
saving the day.
* Regular working hours Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Applicants should be interested in visual composition and have the
technical/ spatial awareness to translate artistic vision into
custom made products.
