Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Production Support
Developer to provide remote production support on the Salesforce
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Salesforce production development support team
to ensure timely resolution of issues
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential
disruptions or anomalies
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues, including data
integrity and integration problems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on experience leading
production support on the Salesforce platform in Lightning
8+ years of experience in Salesforce production/technical
support
Possess Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I and II
Certifications
Extensive understanding of Salesforce.com best practices,
architecture, and security model
Candidate must be willing to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance
and have resided in the U.S. 3 out of the last 5 years
