Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to manage
customer relationships and ensure they maximize the value of the
company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strong customer relationships post-onboarding to
ensure continued success with the product
Provide ongoing support and training to help customers leverage the
product's features effectively
Analyze customer usage data to identify improvement areas and
growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Previous experience installing and configuring software
2+ years of experience training customers remotely on new
systems
Experience with automotive shop management systems is an asset
Proficiency with internet browsers and MS Office
Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote
teams
