Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer Site Reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Guide the strategic direction for the SRE practice within the organization
Design, implement, and manage complex, high-impact projects across multiple disciplines and teams
Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and support junior engineers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, building, and operating large-scale applications
At least 2 years of progressive leadership experience
Expert understanding of AWS infrastructure components and production experience with Kubernetes clusters
Experience supporting Java Spring Boot applications and observability suites
