Inova Staffing is interviewing with TIG welders for one of our clients in Geneva. This is direct hire position.2nd shift, 2:30pm-11pm Monday-Friday, OT as neededCompetitive pay and benefits providedResponsibilities:Welding on a variety of metals, including aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel sheet metal, and moreInterpret and work from blueprints and welding symbolsDocument necessary dataRoutine maintenance on welding equipmentConduct cycle counts of parts and manage material handling tasks as required.Assist with additional projects and duties as needed.Skills and Qualifications:Strong proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques across different metal types, but especially strong aluminum TIG welding abilitiesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and effectively ensure final products meet print specificationsBasic computer skills for data entry and production reportingFamiliarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing or industrial environmentTeam playerInova Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer#Talroo Associated topics: burner, iron, ironworker, metal inert gas, mig, pipeline, rail, railing, spot weld, weld
