Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Lead to support the
Performance Management Manager by analyzing performance metrics and
ensuring data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver analysis on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure
transparency to performance metrics
Partner with teams to simplify processes and align procedures to
changing business models
Provide ad hoc analysis to leadership to articulate performance
trends and develop process solutions
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of Revenue Cycle experience; Bachelor's degree or
equivalent experience preferred
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to
positively influence others
Ability to think creatively and analytically while managing
multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of Snowflake & SQL queries is preferred
