Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Coordinator to manage client
research requests for a virtual research team.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for research intake, ensuring a
smooth customer experience
Monitor and acknowledge incoming research requests, conducting
basic intake interviews as needed
Assist in assigning research tickets and maintain progress on tasks
to ensure timely completion
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Two (2) years' experience in a client service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications,
especially Outlook and Teams
Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to a dynamic
environment
Familiarity with database functionality and ticket/request
management systems is a plus
