Responsibilities:
--- No Two days are the same
--- Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team in Cleveland
Ohio, US to improve their sales performance and foster their
professional growth
--- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, emerging
markets, and lead-generation strategies to drive company
expansion
--- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to assess sales
activities, monitor progress, and plan for future objectives
effectively
--- Develop customized sales plans for each sales representative,
set individual sales targets, assign territories, and conduct
regular training sessions to ensure team success
--- Establish sales strategies and goals to meet predetermined
sales targets efficiently
--- Set clear targets and objectives for the sales team in
alignment with overall company goals
--- Offer support to sales team members through coaching,
mentoring, and providing constructive feedback
--- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each team member,
identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions
--- Collaborate with other department leaders to streamline
operations and optimize overall sales performance
--- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and
competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and
development
--- Lead by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive
attitude, and dedication to teamwork
Qualifications:
--- Previous experience in Roofing or Insurance Restoration Sales
is required
--- Must possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership
skills
--- Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record
--- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management or leadership
role within the sales department
--- Proven leadership experience in a sales or similar environment
is essential
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate
and inspire team members effectively
--- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate sales performance and
make data-driven decisions
--- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks to
meet deadlines
--- Proficiency in sales CRM software and other relevant tools
--- Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding
sales targets
--- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in
business, marketing, or related field
