Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care to lead and
direct their team in meeting goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct coaching sessions and document performance improvement
plans
Analyze operational performance indicators and develop action plans
for improvement
Facilitate team meetings and maintain communication to foster team
building
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree
preferred
Minimum of three years of customer service experience, including
one year in a call center
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center
environment preferred
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid or
Medicare preferred
