Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Services Executive to manage
existing Pharmacy Benefit Management clients.
Key Responsibilities
Delegate and support colleagues while providing guidance in client
management
Pull data to deliver presentations and reports to clients,
collaborating with the Clinical Account Executive
Facilitate resolution of escalated client issues and manage
contract performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related area
preferred
Knowledge of the PBM or healthcare industry preferred
Strategic thinking ability to prepare and execute business
plans
Strong team orientation and commitment to client service
Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals
