Job Description:
A company is looking for a Content Strategy Lead to design and
implement content strategies that enhance member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead content workstreams within large and complex
projects
Define and evolve content strategies that align multiple
stakeholders with member objectives and business goals
Inventory and assess product and service content for accuracy,
clarity, completeness, and consistency across member journeys
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of human-centered design and content strategy
experience
2+ years of horizontal leadership experience
Demonstrated experience designing and leading content workstreams
within large projects
Demonstrated experience working efficiently across various stages
of the design process
