Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate to
join their contact center team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
using the E360 system
Document patient requests and pertinent information via EMR for
efficient service
Coordinate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and
meet call production goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-3 years of related experience in a call center or as a
receptionist, preferably in healthcare
Experience with E360, NextGen, Waystar, Epic software, or other EMR
systems preferred
High School Diploma minimum required
Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple
programs
Availability for a 6-week training period with no time off
