Press Brake Operator - Growing Manufacturing Company!

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our busy and dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the fabrication process by operating precision equipment to shape and prepare sheet metal components. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits and potential career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machines to bend, punch, and cut sheet metal according to product specifications.
• Prepare, set up, and adjust machines, including controlling speed and material feed.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Perform pre- and post-inspections using micrometers and calipers to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain all necessary materials and tools to meet production requirements.
  Qualifications
  
  • 1-3 years of experience operating press brake machinery is required.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and prints.
  • Experience using micrometers and calipers for precise measurement.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    Work Schedule
    
    • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
    • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
      Compensation and Benefits
      
      • Hourly pay: $22+, based on experience.
      • Contract-to-hire opportunity.
