*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID ( 3d office / 2d home ) work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Cleveland OH (Strongsville)


Software Quality Assurance Lead :

- Synthesize changes, including data changes, to help teams within Lending craft test strategy criteria for applications
- Write test strategies to assist with credit card modernization approach
- Participate and assist others in regression testing implementation
- Advocate for needed changes and assist consuming teams with proper test strategy to align changes for impact and efficiency
- Report back to the program team on various project-dictated testing timelines
- Develop quality engineering strategies pertinent to applications
- Create test plans, scripts, and schedules
- Guide individual QA teams to align with test objectives
- Work extensively with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- At least 8+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
- Experience developing comprehensive test strategies and methodologies for complex applications
- Proficiency in test management including creation of test plans, scripts, and schedules
- Knowledge of test automation principles and tools
- Experience in team leadership and mentoring QA professionals
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly in cross-functional environments
- Expertise in defect management processes and tools
- Experience working within financial services or lending environments preferred
- Ability to report and present testing outcomes to various stakeholders
