Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Lead Software Engineer with a
focus on Elixir, image pre-processing, and machine learning for
Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
Key Responsibilities
Create and improve image classification models using CNNs
Develop and deploy machine learning models using Vertex AI for OCR
applications
Mentor teams on ML and software engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
Over 9 years of experience in Software Engineering, with 5+ years
in machine learning systems
Expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly Google Cloud
Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and
Kubernetes
Strong programming skills in Kotlin, Java, and Python
Solid foundation in image processing and computer vision
techniques, including OpenCV
