EXACTA Land Surveyors, is one of the nation's premier residential
and commercial land surveying companies. Exacta provides services
in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia,
Florida, and Texas. Services include all types of residential,
commercial, construction and ALTA/NSPS surveys with a commitment of
accurate and timely delivery to our clients. Our surveys provide an
important component for real estate type transactions involving
buyers and sellers, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and real
estate agents.
CSR Support Position Summary
This position is responsible for a variety of tasks including the
routing of phone calls on a multi-line phone, conducting online
research, and processing orders on a proprietary software system.
The right candidate will be an outstanding communicator with an
unwavering positive outlook and a strong ability to multitask. A
keen eye for detail and commitment to providing exceptional service
with each client interaction will be a key to success. This job
occasionally requires the employee to stand, walk, use hands,
tools, controls, reach with arms, read, talk or hear. The employee
may lift and/or move up to 5 - 10 pounds occasionally. Specific
vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust
focus.
Position Schedule
This is a hybrid position. Team member will report to the Corporate
office at 1500 W 3rd St, MZ130, Cleveland, OH 44113 a minimum of 3
days a week as scheduled by the supervisor.
Requirements
CSR Support Position Responsibilities
* Answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking,
and distributing messages.
* Prioritize requests to meet deadlines.
* Organize and prepare electronic files folders, ensuring all
documentation required is correct.
* Create and modify documents and emails utilizing Microsoft
Office-Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.
* Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and
purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific
destinations.
* Perform administrative support tasks.
* Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier
deliveries; file and maintain records.
* Process and prepare memos, correspondence, or other
documents.
* Fully adhere to company policies, procedures, and work
directives.
* Resolve internal/external customer issues in a prompt and
professional manner.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other
employees, managers, clients, and other parties as related to
company services and overall business.
* Perform all duties as assigned to meet business needs in a safe,
ethical, and professional manner.
CSR Support Skills and Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years
of related administrative experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and other
job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions.
* Able to communicate and respond to questions in a professional
and knowledgeable manner ensuring positive business outcomes;
assertive problem-solver and action-oriented team player. Must have
a relentlessly positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude;
must be fast on your feet, poised under pressure, and committed to
client service.
* Proficient in the independent application and use of job-related
software/e-technology/cloud-based solution.
* Computer savvy with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
proficiency.
* Detail-oriented.
* Organization and time management skills.
* Written and verbal communication skills.
* Collaborative and team building ability.
* Must be able perform tasks and solve problems with a high degree
of independence.

Pay commensurate with experience.
