*Position Summary:*
Work Comp Management Services (WCMS), a leader in on-site occupational health services for manufacturing clients across the U.S., is seeking an experienced *Paramedic* to join our Occupational Health Clinic team in *Cleveland, OH*. This *PRN night shift* position requires a highly skilled and dependable individual to support our clinic operations on an as-needed basis, including *nights and weekends*.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide medical care and triage for workplace injuries and illnesses
* Conduct occupational health services such as:
* Pre-employment and return-to-work exams
* OSHA surveillance testing (audiograms, spirometry, respirator fit testing)
* Drug screen collections and breath alcohol testing
* Collaborate with clinic physicians, nurse practitioners, and fellow paramedics
* Communicate and coordinate care with the client's Environmental Health & Safety team, Human Resources, and Production departments
* Ensure accurate documentation and follow WCMS protocols and procedures
* Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinic environment

*Schedule & Hours:*
* Night shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
* PRN basis, with hours ranging from 8 to 24 hours per week
* Must be available for *nights and weekends*

*Qualifications:*
* *State of Ohio EMT-P Certification (Paramedic)* - *Required*
* Minimum *5 years of Paramedic experience* - *Required*
* *Occupational Health and/or Emergency Room experience* - *Preferred*
* Ability to pass a *background check and drug screen*
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to lift up to *50 lbs. occasionally*, climb stairs, walk, and occasionally crawl

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* Night shift
* Rotating weekends



Experience:
* paramedic: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* Ohio EMT-B or EMT-P Certification (Required)

Shift availability:
* Night Shift (Required)
* Overnight Shift (Required)
