Aristos Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to add to our team! We are looking to hire LPNs for Full-Time Night shift.We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible, compassionate and well trained, and able to give nursing care with little supervision.Responsibilities:Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best care possibleObserve and interpret patients symptoms and communicate with physiciansCollaborate with practitioners to devise individualized care plans for patientsPerform routine procedures, administer medications and deliver treatments as ordered by physiciansMaintain excellent hygiene and safety (infection control, contact/droplet precautions, etc) and willingness to follow proper proceduresProvide instant medical care in emergenciesMaintain accurate patient recordsMaintain valid nursing license in the state of OhioSkills:Proven experience as a nurseExcellent knowledge of nursing practices, methods and proceduresExcellent knowledge of emergency careA team player with excellent communication skillsAbility to effectively multitask in a fast paced environment.Exhibit strong organizational and problem solving skills #eminent123by Jobble
