Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: To be discussed Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or hold a compact state license. Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS required, must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start. Must-Have: - Two recent references from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the related specialty are required. Job Description: - Night shift with 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, 7pm-7am. - Requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable. - Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with two maximum attempts permitted. - Adherence to facility policies including nicotine-free requirements for non-nurse travelers. - Completion of specific modules pre-start and annually, with a maximum of 4 hours billable time for annual requirements. - Badging and fingerprinting must be completed onsite prior to start date. - Background checks without open cases and license hits are not accepted. - Observance of DO NOT call policy for the facility. - Note on temporary nicotine exemption for nurses and CSTs.
