Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements

• Employment Type: Travel ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. Day shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm
  Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
  Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.
  MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
  AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
