• Data Governance: Developing and enforcing data governance policies, including data ownership, access controls, data quality standards, and data usage guidelines.
• Data Integration: Implementing strategies to integrate data from multiple sources across the organization, ensuring consistency and eliminating data silos.
• Data Quality Management: Establishing processes to monitor and improve data quality, including data cleansing, validation, and deduplication.
• Metadata Management: Managing metadata to provide context and understanding about data elements, including lineage, usage, and definitions.
• Data Catalog Development: Creating a centralized data catalog to document and discover available data assets across the enterprise.
• Data Strategy Development: Defining the overall data strategy aligned with business objectives, identifying data needs, and prioritizing data initiatives.
• Data Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Technology Selection: Evaluating and implementing appropriate data management tools and technologies, such as data warehouses, data lakes, and data integration platforms.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to understand their data needs and ensure effective data usage.Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and data integration.
• Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and SQL.
• Experience with data warehousing and data lake technologies.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to identify data issues and propose solutions.Minimum Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • 10 years of experience in related field;
  • 5 years supervisory experience;
  • Ability to manage deadlines;
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize accurately;
  • Proficient use of applicable technology;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally (and externally as applicable);
  • Proven high level of business integrity, client service and leadership skills;
  • Must be able to travel based on department needs.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree preferred in related field;
    • Certification preferred.
