• Seeking an experienced palliative physician with a minimum of 3 years of post-fellowship experience
• Clinical responsibility is inpatient palliative care
• Lead the team and oversee the clinical and academic goals for the department
• Collaborate with the administration to ensure quality, compliance, and improvement
• Recruit, support, and mentor faculty within the division
• Implement a quality metrics dashboard for the system's palliative care
