Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Data Security Manager to lead
the development of a Data Security Posture Management practice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of data security management
practices, including data discovery, labeling, and access
control
Manage and improve Data Security Posture Management tools, serving
as the primary technical expert
Collaborate with various teams to assess data security posture and
enforce compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a data-driven business environment
3+ years in a data analyst or business analyst role
2+ years of experience in data security or cybersecurity
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science,
mathematics, or a related field
Experience with Data Security Posture Management tools, such as
Varonis and Purview
