Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to drive
digital programs across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, deliver, and report on digital programs to drive user
adoption and growth
Analyze trends and execute strategies for scalable digital
engagement
Implement continuous improvement processes based on customer
feedback and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Training &
Enablement
3+ years of experience in defining success criteria and KPIs
3+ years of experience in agile project management
3+ years of demonstrated analytical skills and data-driven decision
making
Gainsight Level I Admin certification required
