Key Responsibilities
Develop policies and procedures for improved efficiency and patient
satisfaction across the revenue cycle
Oversee revenue cycle and billing operations for multiple hospitals
and physician services
Enhance centralized business office processes to reduce errors and
costs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts
5 years of experience in healthcare admitting registration,
finance, or patient accounting
5 years of progressive multi-hospital system management
experience
Knowledge of insurance payer requirements at various levels
Extensive billing knowledge and experience with commercial
payers
