Job Description:
A company is looking for a Biomarker Operations Manager to
support biomarker strategy and operations across translational
medicine programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and management of biomarker studies
in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Identify, select, and manage relationships with contract research
organizations (CROs) and external vendors
Collaborate with bioinformatics and data science teams to manage
biomarker data flow and analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field required; advanced
degree preferred
5+ years of experience in biomarker operations or clinical
development in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
Hands-on experience managing biomarker assays, sample logistics,
and vendor oversight
Familiarity with translational medicine and drug development
processes
Proficiency in biomarker assay technologies (e.g., genomics,
proteomics, metabolomics) and data management
