A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Testing Manager -
Consumer Protection.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee the independent testing program for
consumer protection compliance
Manage compliance testing engagements and oversee Issue Validation
procedures
Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective challenge
processes and compliance with regulatory findings
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
10 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk, or a
relevant function
Minimum of 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of banking and compliance regulations
Possess relevant certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, CAMS, CRCM or
similar)
