State Licensed Lead Actuary

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Actuary to provide actuarial services within commercial lines reserving.

Key Responsibilities

Lead actuarial analyses and define project scope and analytical approaches
Collaborate with non-actuaries to address strategic business issues and guide decision-making
Manage resources and ensure all work products meet actuarial standards through peer review

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
5+ years of relevant experience in the property and casualty actuarial field
Experience with actuarial analyses or predictive modeling
5+ completed casualty actuarial exams
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative fields preferred
