We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our client's team and help bring their projects to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:Oversee project planning and execution from start to finish- Coordinate project team members and ensure timely completion of tasks- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and plans as needed- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success- Manage project budgets and oversee financial reportsConstruction Project Manager Essential Job Functions:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana)- Knowledge of commercial construction practices and regulationsConstruction Project Manager -Skills:- At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with experience managing projects $10M-$40M- Experience working on healthcare, K-12, or multi-family projects preferred- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesCompetitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000If you are interested in learning more about -Construction Project Manager opportunity, please contact us at pamela.venable@gogpac.com or 605--705-3208.
