Position: Memory Care Support PartnerPosition Type: Full-TimeLocation: Kent, OhioStarting Wage: $19 - $21 per hourShift Schedule:

• Week 1: Monday/Saturday/Sunday
• Week 2: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 6am-6pmCome join our team at The KentRidge Senior Living located at 5241 Sunnybrook Rd. Kent, Ohio 44240!Responsibilities:

• Be an "Advocate of Empathy": Understand the importance of empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Be a Patient Observer: Discover residents' interests and collaborate to create engagement plans.
• Be a Master of the Mise en Sc--ne: Set the stage for a successful day in various settings.
• Be a Life Partner: Partner with residents in all facets of daily life.
• Document resident care and changes in condition effectively.
• Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.Minimum Requirements:
  • You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • You will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • You will possess a positive and energetic attitude.
  • You will have computer skills to print documents and enter information.
  • You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • You must be able to assist residents with mobility and after a fall.
