Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RN. AUTO OFFER D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Travelers will rotate every 2 weeks)
  MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
  MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.
  MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
  AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
  ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
